Your Beauty Profile is private
Your Beauty Quiz answers, Beauty Profile and conversations with Sparkle AI belong to your account. They are never shown to other customers and are not sold.
What we collect
Only what the platform needs to work.
- Account details — name, email, addresses
- Order history and delivery information
- Beauty Profile and quiz answers, so recommendations can be personal
- Sparkle Points balance and reward activity
- Preferences — language, currency, notifications
Payments
Card details are collected and processed by our payment provider. SparkleSkin never stores your card number.
Your rights
You can view, export or delete your data at any time from Account → Settings → Privacy. Deleting your account removes your profile, quiz answers and AI history in line with applicable rules.
