How can I track my order?
Every order gets a tracking number as soon as it ships. Open Account → Orders and press Track Order, or just ask Sparkle AI 'where is my order' and it will pull up the right one.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on your country. Enter it on the product page or at checkout and you will see the available methods, the estimate and the cost before you pay.

Can I change my order after placing it?
If the order has not been packed yet, we can usually change the address or the items. Contact support as soon as possible with your order number.
What is your return policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons opened cosmetics can only be returned if there is a fault with the product.
When will my refund arrive?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return reaches our warehouse. Banks usually take a further three to five working days to show it.
