Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is authorised. We may cancel and refund an order if a product turns out to be unavailable or if we cannot ship to the address given.
Prices and currency
Prices are set in US dollars and shown converted into the currency you choose. At checkout you also choose the currency your card is charged in, and that is the amount that leaves your account.
Sparkle Rewards
Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Programme rules, earning rates and tier thresholds may change; we will say so in advance where a change affects points you already hold.
