Returns & refunds
Fourteen days, no complications — within the limits that apply to cosmetics.
What can be returned
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Unopened and unused — returnable
- Opened cosmetics — only if there is a fault with the product
- Sale items — returnable on the same terms
How to start a return
Open Account → Orders, choose the order and select Return. You can also ask Sparkle AI to start it for you, or email support with your order number.
When your refund arrives
Refunds go back to the original payment method once the return reaches our warehouse. Banks typically take a further three to five working days to show the money.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
Sparkle Points on returns
Points earned on a returned item are removed from your balance when the refund is issued. Points you have already redeemed are returned to you.
