Where we ship from

SparkleSkin ships authentic Korean beauty products from South Korea to the United Arab Emirates, the wider GCC, and international destinations worldwide. Every order ships with tracked shipping.

Processing time

Before an order is dispatched, our typical processing time is 3–5 business days. This is separate from, and in addition to, the carrier transit time described below — an order does not start its journey to you until processing is complete.

Delivery methods and typical transit time

Current shipping methods and their typical transit time after dispatch:

The figures above are typical, not guaranteed, delivery windows, and are examples rather than a quote for your specific order. Some destinations, postcodes or products may only qualify for certain methods, or may not be available for a method shown above. The exact methods available to you, their cost, and their estimated delivery date are shown at checkout for your specific destination and order, and that is what controls — not the general figures on this page.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost is calculated from your order's applicable shipping weight and your destination, using our live, current shipping rates — the same rates shown to you at checkout, which are the authoritative price for your order regardless of any figure shown elsewhere on this page.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking number once it ships. Follow it from Account → Orders, on the Track page, or by asking Sparkle AI where your order is.

Duties, taxes and customs

International orders are shipped on a duties/taxes unpaid basis (DDU / Delivered Duty Unpaid), except for any tax we explicitly calculate and collect from you at checkout — for example, UAE VAT, which is shown as its own line and charged separately at checkout for orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates.

Import duties, import VAT/taxes, customs duties, brokerage, clearance, handling, storage or other destination-country charges that are not expressly shown and collected by SparkleSkin at checkout are not prepaid by SparkleSkin and are the responsibility of the recipient/importer.

You are responsible for providing the information and documentation your destination country requires for customs clearance. If a shipment is refused, abandoned, destroyed, or returned to us because destination customs duties or taxes were not paid, or clearance was not completed, see our Return & Refund Policy for how that is handled — a full refund is not automatic in that situation.

We will never undervalue, misdeclare, or otherwise manipulate a customs declaration.

Providing accurate delivery information

Please provide a complete and accurate recipient name, address, postcode (where your country uses one), telephone number, country, region or state (where required), and any importer, tax or identity information legally required for customs clearance, and review it before you pay.

Address corrections requested after dispatch may not be possible, and where a courier permits a change after dispatch, it may carry an additional charge. If delivery fails because the information provided was incomplete or incorrect, reshipping may require you to cover the reshipping cost.

Country-specific requirements

Customs and carrier requirements vary by destination country and can change without notice from the authorities that set them. The requirements and any restrictions that apply to your destination are those in force at the time your order ships, confirmed through checkout and our carriers at that time — not a fixed list on this page.

Public holidays in South Korea

Korean public holidays, including the Lunar New Year and Chuseok periods, may extend our processing time in the days around them, as courier and customs services in South Korea are reduced or unavailable. We do not publish a fixed annual list of dates here, since public holidays shift from year to year — if a holiday period is affecting current processing, we will say so on the site.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our shipping methods, carriers or rates change. The shipping terms shown to you at checkout for a specific order are what apply to that order.
