Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card details are handled by our payment provider — SparkleSkin never stores your card number.
Which currency am I charged in?
The currency you choose. Pick it in the header or at checkout — whatever it says next to 'Pay in' is the currency your card is actually charged in, with no hidden conversion on our side.
Why was my payment declined?
Most declines come from the bank rather than from us — often a block on international payments. Check with your bank, or try a different card or wallet.
