How to return something and when the money comes back.
What is your return policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons opened cosmetics can only be returned if there is a fault with the product.
When will my refund arrive?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return reaches our warehouse. Banks usually take a further three to five working days to show it.
