How do I create an account?
Sign up with email, Google or Apple. One SparkleSkin account works across the website and both mobile apps, with the same wishlist, orders and points.
Is my Beauty Profile private?
Yes. Your quiz answers, Beauty Profile and AI conversations are private to your account and are never shown to other customers. You can edit or delete them at any time.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes, from Account → Settings → Privacy. Deleting removes your profile, quiz answers and AI history in line with applicable rules.
